It is agreed by the buyer and seller,  the method of purchase will be provided by Escrow.com

It is agreed that both parties, buyer and seller will adhere to the policies and procedures Escrow.com has in place. 

It is agreed by the purchaser that the 800HOLSTIC {465-4784} telephone number is being provided on a zero charge basis, as a complimentary asset to the 800HOLISTIC.com URL web domain purchase.  It is agreed by both parties, buyer and seller, that the URL 800HOLISTIC.com web domain will be transfered to the buyer via the services provided by escrow.com.  It is agreed by both parties, buyer and seller that the transferring/porting over of the 800 Holistic telephone number will be provided by the seller outside the services of escrow.com. Buyer agrees to provide the seller with all required and appropriate information needed to successfully transfer/port over the 800 Holistic telephone number concurrent with buyer's inspection and approval to successfully complete  the transaction with escrow.com.  It is agreed by the buyer and seller that all questions regarding this transaction will be completed by both parties, buyer and seller and totally satisfied prior to Escrow.com's involvement.

The signing of this agreement will act as the official buy and sell agreement between both parties buyer and seller and is final.  The purchaser/buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless to any other terms, conditions, or claims outside this contract.
